The Office Reasoning Sample - People Management scenario aims to display the test taker's ability to handle a number of situations that involve tough decisions. The final sample will provide an idea of the test taker's ability to resolve conflict and make difficult choices concerning the members of a team that they manage. Because gauging a test taker's management approach is a highly subjective endeavor, we leave it to you to determine the effectiveness represented by the candidate's sample. We do believe though, that providing a controlled, immediate situation helps to assess the management style and the thought process of the test taker. It is for this reason that we provide this environment and encourage you to use it, free of charge.
